Collection & processing of personal data

When you visit our web pages, our web server will routinely save the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you are visiting us, the web pages you visit on our site as well as the date and duration of your visit. Personal data in excess of this set are only stored when you actively provide them, e.g. as part of a registration, survey, competition or inquiry.

Use & forwarding of personal data & appropriation

Assystem will use your personal data for the technical administration of websites, customer administration, product surveys and marketing, but only to the extent required for this specific purpose. Transfer of personal data to government institutions and authorities is only performed within the framework of binding national legal regulations. Our staff members, agencies and dealers are obliged by us to maintain confidentiality.

Youth protection

Assystem does not use any content that puts young people at risk. Persons under 18 years should not transfer any personal data to us without the approval of their parents or guardians. We do not request any personal data of children, do not collect them and do not forward them to third parties.

Communication via E-Mail

Communication via e-mail may have security loopholes. E-mails may, for example, be rerouted and viewed on their way from and to Assystem by knowledgeable internet users. When we receive an e-mail from you, we assume that we are authorised to provide a reply by e-mail. Alternatively, you should explicitly refer to another way of communication.

Right to information

Assystem will tell you on request, promptly and in writing in accordance with current laws, which, if any, of your personal data we are storing. If you are registered as a user, we offer you the option of viewing these data directly and of deleting or changing them as required. We will correct our information on request if we should be found to be storing incorrect information in spite of our efforts to keep data correct and current.
